Back Fill Resources

IT Integrity understands the importance of having internal personnel working on projects in order to gain knowledge first hand at the outset of the project and therefore lessening the "transfer of knowledge period" on completion of the project. At the same time we understand the importance of that personnel's ability to complete their normal day-to-day role.

Therefore, another service we provide our customers is that of finding someone to backfill full time roles in order for the existing personnel to put their mind solely on the project at hand.

Another advantage of back filling resources is that when the full time personnel get re-assigned to another project or take leave, our customers often have someone they can call on without the need to spend valuable time retraining.

Departmental Restructuring

In today’s business world, mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings are happening with increasing frequency, which in turn brings about Departmental Restructuring.

When taking on such a task it is important to ask the right questions and look at all the issues objectively. Our customers have found that it makes sense and is far more effective to outsource the task of restructuring a department to someone that has done it all before and not only knows what to take into consideration, but can also look at all the issues and provide unbiased advice.
